Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Usually, your purchase will be shipped within 4-7 business days.

STYLENEWSTAR's business hours are 9am to 6pm (Tokyo time) Monday to Friday. If you place an order on a weekend, holiday, or outside of normal business hours, we will prepare the item for shipment within the next 4-7 business days. STYLENEWSTAR will do its best to accommodate special shipping requests, but it is the customer's sole responsibility to understand our shipping procedures.

Since items need to be shipped according to the order sequence, expedited shipments cannot be accepted. Please understand our short staffing situation and wait patiently.

We review, verify and approve each order. Discrepancies between billing and shipping information may cause delays. We may contact you, so please provide billing and shipping phone numbers.

Please note that we sometimes experience shipping delays.

Saturday and Weekends

We will ship orders placed on Saturdays and weekends on Monday in the order sequence. If we cannot ship on Monday in time, we will process the order as soon as possible and ship it as soon as possible.

Although we can arrange to ship at a specified time, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time. Delays may be caused by weather or mechanical issues, and STYLENEWSTAR is unable to refund shipping charges for such delays as these are beyond our control.

Order Changes

Once a tracking number has been created, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping method.

Signature Required

Due to the value of our merchandise, all orders require a signature by default for shipment. If you will not be home to sign for the package, and the order is under $500, you may choose to waive the signature requirement at checkout. Please keep in mind that by waiving the signature, you assume full financial responsibility once the item leaves the STYLENEWSTAR facility.

Shipping to a Non-Billing Address

To prevent fraud, we recommend that all items be shipped to the billing address of the payment method. We do recognize that some exceptions to this may be requested (shipping to neighbors, places of business, second homes, gifts, etc.). While we can usually accommodate these requests, you must enter the contact information for both the buyer and the recipient as we may need to verify the order over the phone. This may result in a delay in processing time.

Shipping to Work

We will ship to your place of work upon verification. If you choose to ship to a company, please provide the company name and contact number.

Combined Orders

Japan Express: Orders are shipped separately and cannot be combined. When multiple items belong to one order, we will ship them together whenever possible.

International: Due to international shipping regulations, orders will be shipped separately as a commercial invoice is required for each order.

Orders with Multiple Items

If an order contains multiple items and the items are located in different STYLENEWSTAR shipping locations, they may be shipped separately. Your shipping costs will not increase.

International Buyers

Destination Customs in Your Country

As a customer, you are solely responsible for import taxes, duties, and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country, as well as compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. Please note that all items will be declared at full price and marked as "used" when shipped outside of Japan. We cannot declare any items as "gifts".

As a customer, you must also be aware of any regulations that may prohibit the import of orders. Some countries prohibit the import of items made of exotic leathers.

International Currency Information

All prices displayed and amounts payable reflected at checkout are based on the type of item you select and do not include import taxes, duties, and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country. We accept returns on international orders, please refer to our Return Policy for details. For international shipments, all returns on internationally shipped items will be paid in Japanese Yen only, in the same amount of Japanese Yen paid to us at the time of order. We are unable to provide any currency conversion estimates as these exchange rates fluctuate constantly. All transactions are subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing and determined by the intermediary financial institution. We do not make adjustments for currency conversions on returns.
