Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days to request a return after receiving your item.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a detailed return address, as well as instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item package is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items cannot be returned. Non-returnable items will be stated in the product description. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

 

EU 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
